Descriptive Physics is the introductory physics course for students pursuing non-technical programs. It is intended to provide an appreciation for the fundamental elements of mass, space, and time. Math prerequisites are minimal -- basic arithmetic, fractions, decimals, and ratios.This is in contrast with two other introductory physics courses: General Physics with Algebra and General Physics with Calculus.
