Fine Art Photography

It is difficult to find concise definitions for "find art photography." Perhaps it is because the subjects (and the work, itself) is ephemeral.  By contrast, most have little difficulty with the notion of painting, drawing, and sculpting as fine arts ... "We know it when we see it."  Same for the photographer--the photographer as an artist.

A personal note: Can you see Mona Lisa in the photo above? Huh? Can you? This is fine art.
