| REPAIRING FAUCETS Faucets on lavatories/sinks are valves that receive a great deal of use, resulting in leaks or failures over a period of time through wear and tear. When this happens, the malfunction of the faucet is determined and repaired. The repair must restore the faucet to a serviceable, operating condition. See figures 14, 15 and 16.
